# Can I change my subscription from monthly to annual?

# How to Switch

1. Log in to [account.hoxtonmix.com](https://www.account.hoxtonmix.com/)
2. Go to **Settings** → **Billing** → **Manage**
3. Select **Manage** next to your current plan
4. Choose **Change** to adjust billing frequency
5. Select **Yearly**
6. Click **Update** to confirm

# Common Questions

**Will I lose any service when switching?**
No. Your plan continues without interruption. The new billing frequency takes effect at the next renewal.

**Can I switch back to monthly later?**
Yes. Follow the same steps and select **Monthly** instead.

**Is the annual discount available for add-ons too?**
Yes. Mail Forwarding, WhatsApp Business Number, and Director's Service Address all have annual pricing.

**What if I'm on a partner plan (e.g. Tide)?**
Billing changes for Tide accounts must be made through Tide directly. The Hoxton Mix portal does not manage Tide billing.
