# Virtual Office London (Core Plan)

Your mail is received at **66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA**, scanned, and available under the **Mail** tab in your [customer portal](https://www.account.hoxtonmix.com/). Includes:

- Registered office address
- Free mail receipt and secure storage for 30 days
- Same-day mail scanning with email notifications
- Option to collect mail in person

### UK Mail Forwarding
Your mail is forwarded anywhere in the UK on the same day it arrives. Requires the Virtual Office London plan.

### WhatsApp Business Number
A dedicated UK mobile number connected to WhatsApp Business for customer communication.

### Director's Service Address (Full Privacy Service)
Use our London address as your director's service address on Companies House. Keeps your home address off the public register. Priced per individual director/UBO.

# Mail Restrictions

Our address is for **business mail only**. The following types of mail **cannot be accepted** and will be returned to sender:

- DVLA correspondence (V5 log books, driving licence mail)
- PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) mail
- Ultra Low Emission Zone charges
- Red route charges

Mail received while your subscription is inactive will also be returned to sender.

# Common Questions

**Is mail forwarding included in the base plan?**
No. The base plan includes mail scanning and portal upload. Forwarding is a separate add-on at £170/year or £17/month.

**Can I use this address on Companies House?**
Yes. You can use it as your registered office address and as a director's service address (with the add-on).

**What happens to my mail if I cancel?**
Mail received after cancellation is returned to sender. We cannot hold, scan, or forward mail for inactive accounts.

**Can I collect my mail in person?**
Yes. Mail is stored securely for 30 days and can be collected from our office.
