# How do I change my registration from sole trader to a Limited Company?

> ⚡ **Quick Answer:** Email us from your registered email address with your **company name** and **Companies House number**. We’ll update your account from sole trader to limited company.

# How to Update

1. Register your limited company with Companies House (if not already done)
2. Email [help@hoxtonmix.com](mailto:help@hoxtonmix.com) from your registered email address
3. Include your **company name** and **company number**
4. We’ll update the account — the company name will update once the number is added
5. Your business type will be updated from **Unincorporated / not yet registered** to **Incorporated**

You can also provide your incorporation date, legal name, and updated business description for a complete update.

> ⚠️ **Important:** Once an account is changed from sole trader to limited company, it **cannot be changed back** on the same account.

**Do I need a new subscription?**
No. Your existing account is updated in place.

**Will my address change?**
No. Your registered office address remains **66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA**.

**What if I haven’t incorporated yet?**
Keep your sole trader account for now. Once you’ve registered with Companies House, send us the details and we’ll update it.
