# How do I port my phone numbers away from the Hoxton Mix?

# How to Port Your Number

1. **Contact your new provider** — they’ll guide you through the process and may require a Letter of Authorisation (LOA)
2. **Email us** at [porting@hoxtonmix.com](mailto:porting@hoxtonmix.com) with:
   * Your business name
   * Contact information
   * The telephone number(s) to port
3. We’ll liaise with providers to complete the transfer
