# How long do I have to collect my post?

After you receive an email notification that mail is available, you have **30 days** to:

* **Collect in person** at our office during business hours
* **Arrange forwarding** to your address (standard postage + 50p handling charge per letter)

If mail remains uncollected and forwarding has not been arranged, items are **securely shredded and recycled**. This ensures privacy and keeps the service running efficiently.
