# How long does it take to cancel a subscription?

> ⚡ **Quick Answer:** Cancellation is **instant** — there's no notice period. Cancel in the [customer portal](https://www.account.hoxtonmix.com/) under **Accounts → My Products**, and your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period.

# How to Cancel

1. Log in to [account.hoxtonmix.com](https://www.account.hoxtonmix.com/)
2. Go to **Accounts**
3. Under **My Products**, click the **3 dots** next to your subscription
4. Select **Manage Subscription**
5. Click **Cancel Subscription**

> ⚠️ **Important:** Cancel **before** your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period. Once cancelled, your service runs until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method.

# After Cancellation

- All services stop at the end of your current billing period
- Mail received after cancellation is **returned to sender**
- If your address is listed at Companies House, update it to a different address

# Common Questions

**Is there a notice period?**
No. Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

**How long does the cancellation take to process?**
It's immediate. Once you click Cancel Subscription in the portal, it's done.

**Can I cancel by email?**
For security, cancellation should be done in the portal using the registered email address. If you can't access the portal, contact **help@hoxtonmix.com**.

**My account is through Tide — how do I cancel?**
Tide-managed accounts must be cancelled through Tide directly. The Hoxton Mix portal is view-only for Tide accounts.
