**Where is my data stored?**
All customer data is hosted in London, UK (AWS Region eu-west-2).

**Is my scanned mail stored securely?**
Yes. Scans are encrypted and stored for 30 days, then securely deleted.

**What if an item of post reaches the wrong person?**

**Do you use AI on my mail?**
We use OpenAI for text recognition (OCR) with **Zero Data Retention** enabled. Your content is never used to train AI models.
