# How You Can Use It

* **Companies House & HMRC** — Use as your registered office address. It meets all UK requirements.
* **Marketing materials** — Add to your website, business cards, letterheads, and email signatures.
* **Mail handling** — All mail sent to this address is received, scanned, and available under the **Mail** tab in your [Customer Portal](https://www.account.hoxtonmix.com/). Physical forwarding is available with the [UK Mail Forwarding](https://www.hoxtonmix.com/virtual-office-forward/) add-on.

**Can I use this address on Companies House?**
Yes. It is a fully valid registered office address for UK companies.

**Do I need to include my company name when giving the address?**
Yes. Use your company name as the first line of the address so mail can be clearly identified and matched to your account.

**Does the address have a suite number?**
No. There is no suite number.

**What if my company is still registered at 86–90 Paul Street?**
Mail sent to **86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE** is still accepted and redirected, so it can continue to be processed.

**Which address should I use for opening a UK bank account?**
Use the **exact address shown on your Letter of Certification**, as banks require it to match. Existing customers may still have certification documents showing **86–90 Paul Street** and can continue using this address until **May 2030**, unless they choose to update to **66 Paul Street**.

**Is mail forwarding included?**
