Do you offer company formation services?

We don't currently offer company formation as a direct-to-customer service.

However, we are developing a company formation product that is currently in closed beta.

What does this mean?

Hoxton Mix is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), registered with Companies House. This means we are authorised to carry out company formations and verify the identity of directors and persons of significant control (PSCs) on behalf of Companies House.

Our company formation service is being rolled out exclusively through selected partners, including accountancy firms and larger professional organisations. These partners use Hoxton Mix as the accredited ACSP behind their formation services.

This is not yet available for individual customers or businesses to purchase directly through our website.

Will it become publicly available?

If company formation becomes available as a direct-to-customer service in the future, we'll be sure to update our offering and let our customers know.

What can I get right now?

While we can't help with forming a new company just yet, we offer everything you need once your company is incorporated:

• Registered Office Address — a prestigious London address for your company's official records at Companies House
• Director's Service Address — keep your personal home address off the public register
• Business Mail Handling — mail scanned and forwarded to you digitally
