How can I add a trading name for my registered company?

You can add a trading name to your account by contacting support and providing the trading name you want to use.

For example, once your registered company is already on your account, support can update it so both the registered company name and the trading name are linked, such as:

• Company name: I LOVE CONSULTING LTD
• Trading name: LOVE Consulting

Important notes:

• One subscription can be used for one registered company, but you can also use trading names under that same company.
• If your trading name is different from your official company name, you can ask for it to be added to your account so mail sent under that trading name can be identified correctly.
• You can add two to three trading names per subscription.
• If you have multiple separate companies, each company must be registered individually and needs its own subscription.
• If you signed up before your company was registered, you can send your company number to support so your account can be updated after incorporation.

If you need the trading name to appear correctly for account communications, support can update the trading name on your account accordingly.
