What are the differences between the Virtual Office London (Mail Scanning) and Virtual Office Scan Lite plans?

Virtual Office London (Mail Scanning) is the upgraded version of the former Virtual Office Scan Lite plan. The core service remains very similar: your mail is scanned, sorted, and delivered to your inbox within one business day, with access to your post through the secure customer portal.

The newer plan adds features such as HaiRo™ AI for smarter mail organisation and the option to pay annually. Virtual Office Scan Lite also included a registered office address, and scan limits of up to 40 mail items per month with no page limit per item.
