What should I do if my direct debit payment fails?
If a direct debit payment fails, first wait for the current payment attempt to finish processing, as payments can still be shown as in progress for 3–5 working days or, depending on your bank, 5–7 business days.
If the payment is declined, contact support to resubmit the failed direct debit or to invoice the primary payment method on your account for the outstanding bill. If your account is deactivated because of non-payment, you can usually reactivate it the same day by paying any outstanding invoices.
