Follow these simple steps to get your new WhatsApp Business number up and running:

1. Log in to your Hoxton Mix Customer Portal.
2. Click “WhatsApp Business” and then “Add Number.”
3. Provide an alias for the number (normally your name or business name) and a forwarding email address.
4. We will allocate you a new UK 07 mobile number.
5. Download the WhatsApp Business app on your mobile device.
6. Sign up using the new number provided to you.
7. Verification is completed via SMS/text message only.
8. The WhatsApp verification code will be forwarded to your registered email address so you can complete setup.

About Your WhatsApp Business Number

Important Information

Verification

Verification is completed via SMS/text message only.

Verification codes are forwarded to your registered email address.

Voice verification is not supported.

Messaging & Calls

Your number works through the WhatsApp Business app.

Messages and voice calls are handled within WhatsApp and use your internet connection (WiFi or mobile data).

There are no additional network call charges beyond your data usage.

This number does not function as a standard SMS number.

Using Your Number Abroad

You can use your WhatsApp Business number anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. Charges, if any, relate only to your mobile data or roaming plan.

Multiple Numbers

You can add additional WhatsApp Business numbers to your Hoxton Mix account at any time. Each number is separate and requires its own WhatsApp Business setup.

You can access WhatsApp Business on a computer using:

Chats in the WhatsApp Business app are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp.
