How to Change Your Mailing Address

How to Update Your Forwarding Address

Log in to the Customer Portal
Go to Settings → Account
Click Manage under Account Information
Scroll to Mail Settings
Enter your new forwarding address (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Country, Postcode)
Click Update to save

⚠️ Important: Your forwarding address must be a residential address, not another virtual office.

Common Questions

When does the new address take effect? Immediately after you save the update. All future forwarded mail will go to the new address.

Can I use a PO Box or another virtual office? No. Your forwarding address must be a residential address.

What if I can’t update the address online? If you are unable to update your forwarding address in the portal, contact support with the new forwarding address and they can update it for you.

Does this change my registered office address? No. Your registered office address (66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA) remains the same. This only changes where physical mail is forwarded to.

How to Change Your Email Address

How to Update Your Email

⚠️ Important: Your email address is used for login (magic links), mail notifications, and all account communications. Make sure you have access to the new email address before changing it.

Common Questions

Will I still receive mail notifications at my old email? No. All notifications will be sent to your new email address once updated.

What if I can’t log in to change my email? If you cannot access your registered email or are unable to log in, contact help@hoxtonmix.com with your company name and the new email address you want to use. For security, you may be asked to provide ID before the email address can be updated.

Can I update the email address for more than one company? Yes. If multiple companies are linked to your account, the email address can be updated for each company.

What happens to mail received after my email is updated? Received mail will still be available in the customer portal under the Mail tab.

Why It’s Required

Under UK Money Laundering Regulations, we must verify the residential address of every PSC or UBO using our services. All verification is carried out securely through Veriff.
