How to Update Your Email
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Manage under Account Information
- Update your email address in the provided field
- Click Update to save
⚠️ Important: Your email address is used for login (magic links), mail notifications, and all account communications. Make sure you have access to the new email address before changing it.
Common Questions
Will I still receive mail notifications at my old email?
No. All notifications will be sent to your new email address once updated.
What if I can’t log in to change my email?
If you cannot access your registered email or are unable to log in, contact help@hoxtonmix.com with your company name and the new email address you want to use. For security, you may be asked to provide ID before the email address can be updated.
Can I update the email address for more than one company?
Yes. If multiple companies are linked to your account, the email address can be updated for each company.
What happens to mail received after my email is updated?
Received mail will still be available in the customer portal under the Mail tab.
Does changing my email affect my subscription?
No. Your subscription and all account data remain the same.
Can I use one email address for multiple accounts?
Yes. If your accounts are registered to different email addresses, the email on each account can be updated so they all use the same login email.
