⚠️ Important: Until all checks are complete, your virtual office or registered address service remains inactive. Mail received before activation is held securely.



After Activation


  1. You receive an email confirmation that documents are approved
  2. Your account and address services are activated
  3. Mail services and notifications begin as per your chosen plan

We are legally required to keep customer information up to date and monitor activity.

Tide-Linked Subscriptions


If your subscription was set up via Tide:


  • The service depends on your Tide agreement — if you stop the add-on or close Tide, the service ends
  • Tide-managed accounts cannot be reactivated or transferred to a direct Hoxton Mix account
