Can I Register My Vehicle with the DVLA Using a Virtual Office?
⚡ Quick Answer: No. Our virtual office address cannot be used for DVLA vehicle registration. All DVLA mail sent to our address will be refused and returned to sender.
Why Not?
The DVLA requires a physical address where you are present. A virtual office used for mail handling does not meet this requirement. This applies to:
- Vehicle registration (V5C log books)
- Driving licence applications and renewals
- DVLA notifications and correspondence
- Any other DVLA-related mail
⚠️ Important: DVLA mail sent to our address is automatically refused and returned to sender. It is not scanned, and we do not keep records of returned items.
What to Do Instead
Update your address with the DVLA to a physical address where you are based. You can do this:
- Online: Change your address with DVLA
- By post: Complete the relevant section of your V5C log book and send it to DVLA
