Can I Register My Vehicle with the DVLA Using a Virtual Office?

Quick Answer: No. Our virtual office address cannot be used for DVLA vehicle registration. All DVLA mail sent to our address will be refused and returned to sender.



Why Not?


The DVLA requires a physical address where you are present. A virtual office used for mail handling does not meet this requirement. This applies to:


  • Vehicle registration (V5C log books)
  • Driving licence applications and renewals
  • DVLA notifications and correspondence
  • Any other DVLA-related mail


⚠️ Important: DVLA mail sent to our address is automatically refused and returned to sender. It is not scanned, and we do not keep records of returned items.
