Companies and Organisations We Don’t Work With

Quick Answer: We do not provide services to organisations involved in weapons, extremism, financial fraud, illegal activity, or other high-risk categories listed below. This policy is applied consistently regardless of political affiliation.

Policy Overview

To ensure regulatory compliance, operational neutrality, and the safety of our staff and customers, The Hoxton Mix does not provide services to certain categories of organisations. This applies irrespective of political affiliation, ideology, or the lawfulness of the activity concerned.

If an organisation falls within any category below, we may refuse onboarding or terminate services in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Excluded Categories

  • Weapons and arms — manufacturing, sale, or distribution
  • Extremist organisations — groups promoting violence, hate, or terrorism
  • Financial fraud or scam operations
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Adult content or services involving exploitation
  • Organisations under UK/international sanctions
  • Shell companies with no legitimate business purpose
  • Any activity that would expose Hoxton Mix to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

How It’s Applied

  • Screening is part of our KYC and AML onboarding process
  • Decisions are made by our compliance team based on publicly available information, sanctions lists, and risk assessment
  • If services are declined or terminated, we will notify the account holder

⚠️ Important: This policy is applied consistently and is not based on subjective judgement of the organisation’s views.
