Do you accept parcels?

Quick Answer: Yes, but only letterbox-sized items (max 300mm x 65mm). Anything larger will be refused and returned to sender. Items must be clearly addressed to your company name.

Size Limit

Parcels must fit through a standard letterbox: 300mm x 65mm (30cm x 6.5cm).

Accepted: Documents, letters, USB keys, flat packages, small items that fit these dimensions.

Not accepted: Anything larger is refused and returned to sender.

⚠️ Important: There is no storage for oversized parcels. If it doesn't fit the letterbox, it goes back.
