What's Covered

How It Works

All incoming mail is received at our London office and scanned on the same day. Scanned copies are uploaded to the Mail tab in your Customer Portal.

If you have the UK Mail Forwarding add-on (£170/year or £17/month), your mail is also physically forwarded to a UK address of your choice. This applies to all mail types — there are no restrictions.

⚠️ Important: Our address is for letters and standard post only. We cannot accept parcels or courier deliveries (e.g., FedEx, DPD, UPS). Couriers may mark items as “refused by recipient”. If you are expecting a parcel, use a different delivery address.

Is Mail Forwarding included in the base plan?

No. The Virtual Office London plan includes mail scanning and portal upload only. UK Mail Forwarding is a separate add-on.

Can mail be forwarded internationally?

How quickly is mail forwarded?
