How It Works

Once your registered company is on your account, support can add a trading name so both are linked. For example:

• Company name: I LOVE CONSULTING LTD
• Trading name: LOVE Consulting

Mail sent under either name will be identified correctly.

Key Details

• One subscription covers one registered company, plus trading names under that company
• You can add 2–3 trading names per subscription
• If your trading name differs from your legal name, adding it ensures mail is handled correctly
• Separate companies cannot share a subscription — each needs its own
• If you signed up before incorporation, send your Companies House number to support to update your account

Can I have more than three trading names?

Does this change my legal company name?
