How do I cancel my plan?

Quick Answer: Log in to the customer portal, go to Accounts → My Products, click the 3 dots next to your subscription, select Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.



How to Cancel


  1. Log in to account.hoxtonmix.com
  2. Go to Accounts
  3. Under My Products, click the 3 dots next to your subscription
  4. Select Manage Subscription
  5. Click Cancel Subscription


⚠️ Important: For security, you must cancel using the email address registered on the account. Cancellation requests cannot be processed from a different email.



What Happens After Cancellation


  • All services stop immediately at the end of your current billing period
  • Mail received after cancellation will be returned to sender or refused — we cannot open, scan, hold, or forward it
  • Your address cannot be used while the account is inactive — if it's listed at Companies House, update it to a different address
  • To resume service, you'll need to sign up again for a new subscription


⚠️ Important: If your Hoxton Mix address is still your registered office at Companies House, update it after cancelling. The current address for new sign-ups is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.



Tide / Partner-Managed Accounts


If you signed up through Tide, the Manage Subscription option will not appear in the Hoxton Mix portal. Tide manages your billing and cancellation directly — contact Tide for these changes.


The Hoxton Mix portal for Tide accounts is view-only (mail access only).



Common Questions


Can I cancel mid-month and get a refund for the remaining days?

No. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods on either monthly or annual plans.


What happens to mail sent to my address after I cancel?

It will be returned to sender or refused. We do not hold, scan, or forward mail for inactive accounts.


Can I reactivate my account later?

Yes, but you'll need to sign up for a new subscription. Your previous plan and pricing may not be available.


I cancelled but I'm still being charged — why?

Check that you completed the cancellation in the portal. If the issue persists, contact help@hoxtonmix.com with your company name.


Do I need to update my Companies House address?

Yes — if your Hoxton Mix address is still listed as your registered office, update it to avoid mail being returned.
