How do I reactivate my subscription?

Quick Answer: Email help@hoxtonmix.com with your company name and a note that you'd like to reactivate. Our team will review your account and guide you through any outstanding payments or KYC requirements.



If Your Account Is Managed by Hoxton Mix


Email help@hoxtonmix.com with:


  • Your company name
  • A note that you'd like to reactivate your Virtual Office plan


Our team will review your account for any outstanding payments and let you know what's needed.



Reactivation Costs


Charges depend on your account status. You may need to pay:


  • Any overdue invoices
  • The current month's payment
  • A reactivation fee (where applicable)


In some cases, our team can manually collect the outstanding balance using the payment method saved on your account.


💡 Tip: If your saved payment method is failing, we may send a link to update your card before collecting payment.



If Your Account Was Set Up Through Tide


Tide manages its own subscriptions and billing. Hoxton Mix cannot reactivate Tide-managed accounts.


If Tide has cancelled your account:


  • Contact Tide directly about your subscription
  • To continue using the address service, register again directly at hoxtonmix.com
  • Previous Tide customers can use discount code TIDE30 at checkout
  • Your new address will be 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA


💡 Tip: If you don't see a Manage option or billing controls in the Hoxton Mix portal, your account is likely managed by Tide.



KYC & AML Verification


As a regulated TCSP, we must ensure your identification is valid before reactivating.


Timeframe

Requirement

Within 90 days of cancellation

Existing KYC documents remain valid — no action needed (unless details changed)

After 90 days

You'll need to resubmit proof of ID and proof of address (dated within 90 days)


KYC documents are archived after 90 days of inactivity and retained securely for five years as required by UK AML regulations.



Common Questions


How long does reactivation take?

Once payments are resolved and KYC is complete, your account is reactivated and you'll receive a confirmation email.


Do I need new KYC documents?

Only if more than 90 days have passed since cancellation.


Can I reactivate a Tide account through Hoxton Mix?
