How do I view my post?
⚡ Quick Answer: Log in to the Customer Portal or click the View my mail link in your email notification. Your scanned mail is under the Mail tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Viewing Your Post
- Log in — Click View my mail in your email notification, or go to the Customer Portal
- Open the magic link — Enter your registered email. A magic link will be sent to your inbox — click it to access your dashboard.
- View your mail — Click Mail in the left-hand sidebar to open Your Mail, where all scanned items are listed. Use time filters (All Time, This Week, Last Month) or filter by Category or Company/Sender. Click any item to view scanned images and mail details.
- Take action — From the top bar, you can request Forward or Scan and the portal will guide you through payment if needed.
Additional Options
You can request out-of-plan actions for a small postage fee:
- Request Physical Copy — have the item posted to a specified address
- Request Scanning — have the full contents scanned and sent digitally
⚠️ Important: Physical copies are kept for 30 days from the date the letter is processed. Any forwarding or handling request must be made within that timeframe.
Troubleshooting
If your scanned mail doesn't appear:
- Make sure you're viewing the correct profile or active subscription
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
- If using the app, log out and sign in through the web portal instead
- On mobile, if the website login opens the app, temporarily delete the app and try signing in through your browser
- If a specific file doesn't open or appears corrupted, contact support so the scan can be re-uploaded

Can I download my mail as a PDF?
Yes. Open any mail item from the Mail tab and download it in PDF format.
How long is my mail stored?
Physical copies are kept for 30 days. Digitised copies remain accessible under the Mail tab in the portal.
