How do I view my post?

Login to Your Account:
- Visit the HoxtonMix Customer Portal.
- Input your registered email address.

Verify Your Identity:
- If your email corresponds with a valid account, a magic link will be dispatched to your inbox.
- Follow this link in your email to access your dashboard.

Access Postal Notifications:
- Select Mail from the left-hand navigation panel.
- Here, you'll find all your postal notifications. You can view and download them in PDF format if you have a scan plan.
- You can also request out-of-plan actions for a small postage fee, such as:
- Request Physical Copy: Have a physical copy of the post sent to a specified address.
- Request Scanning: Ask for the item of post to be scanned and sent to you digitally.
