How Does Hoxton Mix Send Your Post?

All forwarded mail is dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. This is a non-tracked service — we do not provide tracking numbers for forwarded post.

Tracked & International Options


We do not currently offer tracked international mail forwarding through our standard service. All forwarded mail is normally sent via Royal Mail First Class, which is non-tracked.


If you need tracked international shipping, including for items being sent to Turkey, you can arrange your own courier:


  1. Book a courier of your choice (for example DHL, UPS, or FedEx)
  2. Send the shipping label to us at help@hoxtonmix.com
  3. We’ll prepare the item for courier collection and release it accordingly


⚠️ Important: Hoxton Mix does not provide courier quotes. Cost depends on the courier and item weight.



If Post Hasn’t Arrived


  • Allow an extra 1–2 days, especially during busy periods
  • Contact Royal Mail with the sender address, destination, and dispatch date
  • We can confirm the dispatch date and delivery address for any forwarded letter
  • Once mail is handed to Royal Mail, we have no control over delivery



Tracking Royal Mail Deliveries


If your post was forwarded using our standard service, it was sent by Royal Mail First Class, which is not tracked. This means there is no tracking number for these items.


If you need to follow up with Royal Mail, use the sender address, delivery address, and dispatch date. We can confirm these details for forwarded letters.


If Royal Mail tracking shows the item is being held at a local delivery office or post office, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to arrange redelivery or get an update.
