How long do I have to collect my post?

If you need a physical copy of your mail, please keep the following in mind:
After receiving an email notification from us informing you of an available post, you have 30 days to collect it or pay for the post item to be forwarded. We are able to forward physical copies within the UK or worldwide at the cost of postage plus a 30p handling charge per letter. If you fail to collect your mail within this period, it will be securely shredded and recycled.
To avoid any potential loss of important mail, we recommend collecting your post promptly after receiving our initial notification.
