How long do I have to collect my post?

After you receive an email notification that mail is available, you have 30 days to:
- Collect in person at our office during business hours
- Arrange forwarding to your address (standard postage + 50p handling charge per letter)

If mail remains uncollected and forwarding has not been arranged, items are securely shredded and recycled. This ensures privacy and keeps the service running efficiently.
