For customers on our Virtual Office Collect and Scan Lite plans, it’s essential to be aware of the timeframe for collecting physical mail items. Here’s what you need to know:
Collection Window
After you receive an email notification from us informing you that mail is available, you have 30 days to collect it. During this period, you can either pick up your post in person or arrange for it to be forwarded to you.
Mail Forwarding Options
If you’re unable to collect your post within the 30-day period, we offer a convenient forwarding service. We can send your physical mail to any location within the UK or internationally. The cost for this service is the standard postage rate plus a 50p handling charge per letter. This ensures your mail reaches you securely and without delay.
Uncollected Mail Policy
If mail remains uncollected after 30 days and forwarding has not been arranged, we will securely shred and recycle the item. This policy helps maintain a clutter-free service environment and ensures client privacy.
