How long do you store post?

Quick Answer: Physical mail is stored securely for 30 days from the date it’s processed. After 30 days, uncollected items are confidentially shredded.

  • After 30 days, items are securely shredded and recycled


⚠️ Important: Requests to forward or collect mail must be made within the 30-day window. Items cannot be retrieved after this period.
