How to access your invoices

Quick Answer: Log in to the customer portal, go to Settings → Billing → Manage to view and download your invoices as PDFs.



How to Download Invoices


  1. Go to account.hoxtonmix.com
  2. Enter your registered email and click the magic link sent to your inbox
  3. Go to SettingsBillingManage
  4. Your invoices are listed there — click to view or download as PDF


💡 Tip: Make sure you're logged in with the same email address your subscription is registered under. If you use a different email, invoices will not appear.



Multiple Accounts


If you have more than one Hoxton Mix account, invoices are stored within each account separately. Log in to each account to view that account's invoices.


If you can't see an invoice, check that you've switched to the correct profile or account in the portal.



Common Questions


I just paid — where's my invoice?

Invoices appear in Billing shortly after payment is processed. Allow a few minutes and refresh the page.


Can I get an invoice sent to me by email?

In some cases, support can send a copy. Contact help@hoxtonmix.com from your registered email address.


My subscription is through Tide — where are my invoices?

If you signed up through Tide, your invoices are managed by Tide directly. Check your Tide account for billing records.


I can't see the Billing section at all — why?

Your account may be partner-managed (e.g. through Tide), which makes the Hoxton Mix portal view-only for mail access. Contact the partner for billing.
