How to Change Your Subscription?


  1. Login to Your Account:


  1. Verify Your Identity:
  • If your email corresponds with a valid account, a magic link will be dispatched to your inbox.
  • Follow this link in your email to access your dashboard.


  1. Access Your Subscription Settings
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Account & Billing section on the left-hand menu.
  • Click on Manage Subscriptions.


  1. Edit Your Subscription Plan
  • In the Manage Subscriptions section, find your current plan and click on the plan name.
  • Select Edit Subscription.


  1. Customise Your Plan
  • Add Add-ons: You can add services like a phone plan or director's service address by clicking Add Addons.
  • Change Plan Type:
    • Click on the plan name dropdown and choose between Virtual Office Collect, Virtual Office Forward, Virtual Office Scan Lite, or Virtual Office Scan Pro.
  • Change Billing Frequency:
    • Select either Monthly or Yearly billing options.
  1. Save Changes
  • After making your selections, click Update to save your changes.


  1. Update Payment Information
  • If your payment information is outdated, update it under Payment Methods to ensure uninterrupted service.
