How to Change Your Subscription?

Login to Your Account:
- Visit the HoxtonMix Customer Portal.
- Input your registered email address.

Verify Your Identity:
- If your email corresponds with a valid account, a magic link will be dispatched to your inbox.
- Follow this link in your email to access your dashboard.

Access Your Subscription Settings
- Once logged in, navigate to the Account & Billing section on the left-hand menu.
- Click on Manage Subscriptions.

Edit Your Subscription Plan
- In the Manage Subscriptions section, find your current plan and click on the plan name.
- Select Edit Subscription.

Customise Your Plan
- Add Add-ons: You can add services like a phone plan or director's service address by clicking Add Addons.
- Change Plan Type:
- Click on the plan name dropdown and choose between Virtual Office Collect, Virtual Office Forward, Virtual Office Scan Lite, or Virtual Office Scan Pro.
- Change Billing Frequency:
- Select either Monthly or Yearly billing options.
Save Changes
- After making your selections, click Update to save your changes.

Update Payment Information
- If your payment information is outdated, update it under Payment Methods to ensure uninterrupted service.
