How to Change Your Subscription
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manage
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Find your current plan and click the plan name
- Click Edit Subscription
What You Can Change
- Add add-ons — click Add Addons to add services like Director’s Service Address
- Change plan type — use the plan name dropdown to switch between Virtual Office London Plan or Virtual Office Forward
- Change billing frequency — select Monthly or Yearly
- Click Update to save changes
💡 Tip: To receive scans of your mail, switch to a scan plan. You can add forwarding as an extra so mail is scanned and forwarded automatically. If you only need originals occasionally, use a scan plan and request one-time forwarding when needed.
Mail Processing on Scan Plans
Once mail arrives, it is processed automatically based on your active subscription. Individual mail items cannot be manually searched for and scanned on request.
Updating Payment Information
If your payment details are outdated, update them under Payment Methods. If you’ve been offered a discount:
- First update your payment method using the secure link sent to your email
- Once updated, the discount can be applied and your subscription reactivated
Tide-Managed Accounts
If you don’t see Billing in the portal, your subscription may be managed through Tide. In that case:
- Billing changes are not available in the Hoxton Mix portal
- Contact Tide directly for billing queries
- If you leave Tide, your subscription is cancelled automatically
- To continue service, register directly at hoxtonmix.com
- Mail history remains accessible through the Hoxton Mix portal

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Edit your subscription and change the billing frequency to Yearly.
Can I cancel from the portal?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage → Manage Subscriptions, select your plan, and choose the cancellation option.
My account is through Tide — can I change my plan here?
No. Tide manages your billing. Contact Tide directly, or register again at hoxtonmix.com for a direct account.
