What's Included
All standard Virtual Office London plans include scanning of up to 40 mail items per month at no extra cost. Each individual letter or mail item counts as one item. The front of each item is scanned and uploaded to the Mail tab in your Customer Portal.
💡 Tip: You do not need to add credit or pay extra for standard mail scanning within the 40-item limit.
If You Exceed 40 Items
For businesses that regularly receive more than 40 items per month, we offer Enterprise Mail Plans:

Is envelope scanning the same as full content scanning?
No. Standard scanning covers the front of the envelope. Full content scanning (opening and scanning the letter) is an additional service.
