Is there a limit on mail scanning?

Yes, there is a monthly limit on mail scanning. All standard Virtual Office plans (including Virtual Office London, Virtual Office Scan, and Virtual Office Collect) include up to 40 mail items per month as part of the base subscription. This applies to letters, documents, and small parcels received at your Hoxton Mix address.

What counts towards the 40-item limit?

Each individual letter or mail item received at your Virtual Office address counts as one item. We scan the front of each item so you can view it in your online portal.

What happens if I receive more than 40 items?

If your business regularly receives more than 40 mail items per month, we offer Enterprise Mail Plans with higher volume allowances.

Is scanning included in my subscription?

Yes, scanning the front of your mail items is included in all Virtual Office plans at no extra cost, up to the 40-item monthly limit. You do not need to add credit or pay extra for standard mail scanning. Additional services like opening and scanning the full contents of a letter, or forwarding mail to another address, may require a top-up credit on your account.
