What Is a Director's Service Address?
Every UK company director must provide a service address that appears on the public Companies House register. This is where official correspondence from Companies House, HMRC, and other bodies is sent.
By default, many directors use their home address — which makes it publicly visible. Our add-on lets you use our London address instead.
⚠️ Important: A director's service address is not the same as a registered office address. The registered office is your company's official address. The director's service address is the individual director's public contact address. You may need both.

How to Set It Up
If you already have a Hoxton Mix virtual office:
Add the Director's Service Address from your customer portal under Manage Subscriptions → Add Add-ons.
If your company is not yet incorporated:
You can buy the registered office service first and add the Director's Service Address once your company is registered and you have a company number.
Updating Companies House
Change your service address using:
- The CH01 form (paper)
- The Companies House WebFiling Service (online)
