How to Change Your Mailing Address

How to Update Your Forwarding Address


  1. Log in to the Customer Portal
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click Manage under Account Information
  4. Scroll to Mail Settings
  5. Enter your new forwarding address (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Country, Postcode)
  6. Click Update to save


⚠️ Important: Your forwarding address must be a residential address, not another virtual office.



Common Questions


When does the new address take effect?

Immediately after you save the update. All future forwarded mail will go to the new address.


Can I use a PO Box or another virtual office?

No. Your forwarding address must be a residential address.


Does this change my registered office address?

No. Your registered office address (66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA) remains the same. This only changes where physical mail is forwarded to.
