What Is the Full Privacy Service?
The Full Privacy Service is the add-on used to protect a director’s or PSC’s home address from appearing publicly on Companies House.
Every UK company director must provide a home address to Companies House, but the public register shows the service address, not the residential address. Without this add-on, many directors use their home address as that public service address.
With this service, you can use our London address instead.
⚠️ Important: This service is not the same as a registered office address. The registered office is your company's official address. The Full Privacy Service covers the individual director or PSC service address shown publicly under the people section on Companies House. You may need both.

⚠️ Important: This is an optional add-on and is not included in the Virtual Office London base plan. It is charged per company subscription. If you have multiple companies, each company needs its own subscription and its own Full Privacy Service add-on.
How to Set It Up
If you already have a Hoxton Mix virtual office:
Add the Full Privacy Service from your customer portal under Manage Subscriptions → Add Add-ons, or contact support to have it added to your account.
If your company is not yet incorporated:
You can buy the registered office service first and add the Full Privacy Service once your company is registered and you have a company number.
Updating Companies House
You must update the director or PSC service address with Companies House yourself. This can be done using:
- The CH01 form for directors
- Companies House WebFiling, where available
