How to access your invoices

How to Download Invoices
- Go to account.hoxtonmix.com
- Enter the email address used when you first subscribed and click the magic link sent to your inbox
- Once logged in, go to Account & Billing in the left-hand menu
- Your invoices are listed there — click to view or download them as PDFs
💡 Tip: Make sure you're logged in with the same email address your subscription is registered under. You may have subscribed using a different address such as a billing email.
Multiple Accounts
If you have more than one Hoxton Mix account, invoices are stored within each account separately. Log in to each account to view that account's invoices.
If you can't see an invoice, make sure you've switched to the correct profile or account in the portal.
To switch profiles, open the dropdown menu under "Manage Your Account" and select "Switch Company," then choose the profile directly managed by Hoxton Mix.

Can I get an invoice sent to me by email?
In some cases, support can send a copy. Contact help@hoxtonmix.com from your registered email address.
How do I update the business or billing address shown on an invoice?
If your invoice shows the wrong address, contact help@hoxtonmix.com from your registered email address and send your company name, account or invoice number, and the full address that should appear on the invoice. Once the billing address is updated, a corrected invoice can be issued.
My subscription is through Tide — where are my invoices?
If you signed up through Tide, your invoices are managed by Tide directly. Check your Tide account for billing records.
I can't see the Billing section at all — why?
If your subscription is managed by a partner such as Tide, you may only see sections like Mail, Marketplace, Team, and Help in the Hoxton Mix portal. In these cases, the portal is view-only for mail access and the Account or Billing section will not appear. Contact the partner directly to update billing information or access billing records.
