Can I change my subscription from monthly to annual?

Ready to make the switch? Follow these steps in the Hoxton Mix Customer Portal:

Login to Your Account
- Go to the Hoxton Mix Customer Portal.
- Enter your registered email address.

Verify Your Identity
- If your email matches a valid account, you’ll receive a “magic link” in your inbox.
- Click on the link in your email to securely access your dashboard.

Navigate to Account & Billing
- Once inside your dashboard, go to Account & Billing.

Manage Subscription
- Select Manage next to your current Virtual Office Collect plan.
- Choose Change to adjust your billing frequency.

Select Annual Billing
- Choose Yearly from the available options to switch to the annual plan at £180.00, which includes two months free.

Update Subscription
- Confirm your selection by clicking Update.
