Can I change my subscription from monthly to annual?

Quick Answer: Yes. Log in to the customer portal, go to Settings → Billing → Manage, select your plan, and switch to Yearly billing. Annual plans include 2 months free.

  2. Go to SettingsBillingManage
  3. Select Manage next to your current plan
  4. Choose Change to adjust billing frequency
  5. Select Yearly
  6. Click Update to confirm

Common Questions


Will I lose any service when switching?

No. Your plan continues without interruption. The new billing frequency takes effect at the next renewal.


Can I switch back to monthly later?

Yes. Follow the same steps and select Monthly instead.


Is the annual discount available for add-ons too?

Yes. Mail Forwarding, WhatsApp Business Number, and Director's Service Address all have annual pricing.


What if I'm on a partner plan (e.g. Tide)?

Billing changes for Tide accounts must be made through Tide directly. The Hoxton Mix portal does not manage Tide billing.
