How do I reactivate my subscription?

Our team will review your account for any outstanding payments and let you know what's needed.
If your payment method needs to be changed, we can send you a payment link so you can add a new card. Once your payment method is updated and any outstanding payments have been collected, your subscription can be reactivated.
Reactivation Costs
Charges depend on your account status. You may need to pay:
- The current month's payment
- A reactivation fee (where applicable)
In some cases, the reactivation fee matches your monthly subscription amount. For example, accounts on a £27.59 monthly plan may also be charged a £27.59 reactivation fee.
If your account was cancelled due to missed payments, reactivation usually requires all outstanding invoices to be paid before the account can be restored. Depending on the account, this may also include the current month's payment.
If Your Account Was Set Up Through Tide
Tide manages its own subscriptions and billing. Hoxton Mix cannot reactivate Tide-managed accounts or access Tide billing records.
If your account was set up through Tide:
- Contact Tide directly for subscription, payment, billing, or invoice queries
- Hoxton Mix cannot verify payments processed through Tide or send Tide-issued invoices
- To continue using the address service, you can register again directly at hoxtonmix.com
- Previous Tide customers can use discount code TIDE30 at checkout

Tide manages its own subscriptions and billing. Hoxton Mix cannot reactivate Tide-managed accounts or update payment details for them.

What happens to mail after my subscription is cancelled?
Once your subscription is cancelled, any mail sent to your Hoxton Mix address is automatically returned to sender. We cannot open, scan, hold, or forward mail for cancelled accounts. Mail received during the cancellation period is not logged or retained and cannot be recovered once the account is reactivated.
If I sign up again later, can you recover or forward mail that arrived while my account was cancelled?
No. Mail sent after cancellation is returned to sender and cannot be recovered or forwarded later.
If I reopen my account, will mail sent to my old Hoxton Mix address still reach me?
Yes. Once your account is active again, mail received for your account at either your previous Hoxton Mix address or your new active address will be directed to your account.
