All forwarded mail is dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. This is a non-tracked service — we do not provide tracking numbers for forwarded post.

Tracked & International Options
We do not currently offer tracked international mail forwarding. If you need tracked shipping:
- Arrange your own courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Send the shipping label to us at help@hoxtonmix.com
- We’ll release the item for courier collection

If Post Hasn’t Arrived
- Allow an extra 1–2 days, especially during busy periods
- Contact Royal Mail with the sender address, destination, and dispatch date
- We can confirm the dispatch date and delivery address for any forwarded letter
- Once mail is handed to Royal Mail, we have no control over delivery
