How Does Hoxton Mix Send Your Post?

How Do We Send Your Post at Hoxton Mix?

We ensure that your physical post is dispatched promptly and reaches you as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail, the United Kingdom's national postal service, to handle all of our postal deliveries. Below is a quick FAQ on how we manage your post.

How Is My Post Sent?

All physical post from Hoxton Mix is sent via Royal Mail First Class. This service is non-tracked, meaning that we do not provide tracking numbers for your post. First Class delivery is a widely trusted service across the UK, ensuring that your mail is delivered efficiently and promptly.

What Are the Delivery Times and Success Rates?

Royal Mail First Class delivery times are generally very prompt. Here’s what you can typically expect:

Within the UK: Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
Within Europe: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

Royal Mail reports a very high success rate for their First Class service, with over 93% of First Class mail delivered the next working day within the UK. You can find more detailed information about Royal Mail’s delivery metrics and success rates on their official website here.

Are There Any Plans to Offer a Tracked Service?

Yes! We understand the importance of being able to track your post, and we are currently working on a solution. We plan to introduce a tracking system by Q3 2024. Until then, all post will continue to be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

What Should I Do If My Post Is Delayed?

If your post hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please be aware that we rely on Royal Mail, a separate entity from Hoxton Mix, to deliver your post. Royal Mail is the UK's national postal service, and we are not affiliated with them. Once your post is dispatched through Royal Mail, they are responsible for ensuring delivery.

To assist with any concerns, we provide a scan of the envelope, which includes a unique barcode generated by Hoxton Mix. This barcode lets us track the item internally before handing it to Royal Mail. Please note that this barcode is specific to Hoxton Mix's internal tracking system and is not part of Royal Mail's tracking services.

If your post is delayed, we recommend waiting an extra day or two, as occasional delays can occur, especially during busy periods. If you still haven’t received your post after this time, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
