How long does it take to cancel a subscription?

How to Cancel
- Log in to account.hoxtonmix.com
- Go to Accounts
- Under My Products, click the 3 dots next to your subscription
- Select Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
⚠️ Important: Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period. Once cancelled, your service runs until the end of the current billing cycle.

My account is through Tide — how do I cancel?
Tide-managed accounts must be cancelled through Tide directly. The Hoxton Mix portal is view-only for Tide accounts.
