Steps to Add or Update Your Forwarding Telephone Number
Log in to the Customer Portal:
- Visit the Hoxton Mix Customer Portal.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Complete any verification steps, such as a magic link sent to your email inbox.
Locate the "Virtual Office Phone" Section:
- After logging in, go to the homepage of the Customer Portal.
- Look for the section titled Virtual Office Phone, which displays your business phone number.
Manage Your Forwarding Number:
- Click the Manage button next to the Forwarding Number, as shown below:
Select or Enter a New Forwarding Number:
- In the pop-up window, enter the new forwarding number of your choice.
Save and Update:
- Confirm your selection, and your business phone number will now forward calls to the updated telephone number.
