Overage Fees Schedule for Mail Services

Mail Forwarding Customers

Fair Use Policy: Customers on a fixed-price plan for mail forwarding are subject to fair use limits as follows:

• Small Letters (up to 100g): Maximum of 15 letters per month.
• Large Letters (up to 100g): Maximum of 10 large letters per month.

Additional Charges:
If a customer exceeds the monthly fair use limit in any category, additional items will be billed per item at the current Royal Mail rates, with an extra handling charge of £0.50 per letter.

Mail Scanning and Collection Customers

Fair Use Policy: Customers using mail scanning or collection services are allowed up to 40 items of post per month.

Overage Charges:
If a customer exceeds the 40-item limit, they can continue receiving mail at a reduced overage rate, outlined below:

Customers who exceed the fair use policy will be billed monthly according to this tiered pricing model.
