When Will I Receive a Notification That I Have Post?

Our team at The Hoxton Mix processes all incoming mail on the same day it’s received (excluding weekends and national holidays). To keep you informed, we’ll notify you of any processed post within one business day through both email and a push notification in the Hoxton Mix app. Here’s how the process works depending on your plan:
Notification and Access : Once your post is processed, you will receive an email and app notification. You can then log into the customer portal to view a scan of the envelope. Depending on your plan, you can choose from the following options:
Collect Plan : If you are on the Collect plan, you’ll receive a notification when your post is ready for collection. Alternatively, you can opt to:
- Pay a small fee to have your mail forwarded within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class (postage plus a £0.50 service fee).
- Choose to have the item scanned and sent to your inbox for £1, allowing immediate digital access to your correspondence.
Scan Plan : Customers on the Scan plan will be notified when mail is processed. You can log into the customer portal or Hoxton Mix app to view a digital scan of your mail. Scans are available for immediate viewing, ensuring you have instant access to your correspondence from anywhere.
Forward Plan : For those on the Forward plan, you’ll receive a notification along with a scan of the envelope in the portal. The physical mail will be forwarded within one business day to your designated address, providing a seamless way to receive your correspondence.
Our multi-channel notification system ensures that you are informed promptly and can access your mail according to your preferred method, whether collecting, scanning, or forwarding.
