With the Virtual Office London plan:

• Every letter addressed to your company at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE is digitised and securely uploaded to your account.
• You’ll receive the scanned PDF by email and can access it instantly in your Customer Portal or mobile app.
• Mail is processed within one business day, and stored securely for 30 days before confidential shredding.

This gives you instant, paper-free access to all your correspondence — wherever you are.

Mail Forwarding Add-on

If you’ve added Mail Forwarding:

• You’ll receive a digital scan of your mail on the day it arrives.
• The physical item will then be forwarded to your chosen address within one business day.
• You can manage forwarding preferences directly from your Customer Portal.
